We use the two most common methods of professional window cleaning. The traditional method involves scrubbing the glass and then wiping it clean with a squeegee. The other method we use on homes with two or more floors is water-fed pole cleaning.

We are so glad you asked! Water-fed pole window cleaning is a method that uses a long, extendable pole with a specialized brush and a pump system to clean exterior windows. Our system has three stages of filtration to produce purified water. All water has what's called dissolved solids. If we don't remove those solids, we are really using dirty water on the windows. So once water passes through our filters and is pumped onto your window, we have zero dissolved solids. That means we are using the cleanest water possible to clean your windows.  With the purified water cleaning system your windows will dry naturally. But the end result is sparkling clean, streak-free windows when they dry.

Yes, but we've never had to use it because the windows always dry clear after it rains. If, for some reason, there are streaks with-in 36 hours of our service we will be happy to return and clean the windows again.
